Order or download problem
Include your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_), the email or phone number used at checkout, and a screenshot of the error. Tell us which pack failed: PDFs + audio, Videos 1–4, Videos 5–8, or the shadowing and salary videos.
For a lost access page, send the payment ID and the email used at checkout. We can usually restore access without a new payment.
Refunds
Refunds cover non-delivery, corrupt or inaccessible files, and duplicate or unauthorised charges. Change of mind is not covered because the kit is delivered instantly as downloadable files. Read the Refund Policy for the exact rules, the 7-day window and what to include in your email.
Privacy requests
To access, correct or delete your data, email us with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to verify your identity. See the Privacy Policy for details, including retention periods and your grievance rights.

Before you email
The Terms of Service explain the licence and what is included. The Refund Policy explains what is and is not refundable. Most download problems are fixed by opening the confirmation link from your Razorpay receipt in the same browser used for payment.
