The terms, without the fog.

1. The agreement

This is a contract between you and Sayline ("Sayline", "we", "us"). It applies to the website at sayline.shop, the checkout, the download page and the PDFs, audio files and videos included in The Interview English Kit. If you do not agree, do not buy the kit.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the kit only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. By buying, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

3. What you are buying

The Interview English Kit is a digital, self-study speaking system for job interviews. The current edition contains 11 PDFs, 38 audio tracks and 38 captioned videos, delivered as downloadable ZIP packs. The product is digital only. Nothing is shipped to you, and there is no physical item to return.

The kit teaches structure, language and practice. It is not a recruitment service, a job guarantee, a mock-interview marketplace or a substitute for professional career, legal, tax or mental-health advice.

4. Price and payment

The price is ₹849 (Indian rupees), shown at checkout. The amount displayed at checkout is the total charged and includes applicable taxes. We may change the price for future buyers, but a change never affects a completed purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or netbanking password.

If a payment is reversed, blocked or flagged as fraudulent, we may suspend access until the matter is resolved. If you were charged twice for the same order, contact us and we will investigate.

5. Delivery and access

After a successful payment, the confirmation page gives you four download packs: PDFs and audio, Videos 1–4, Videos 5–8, and the shadowing and salary videos. The same access is made available through the confirmation link in your Razorpay receipt. Delivery is normally instant, but it can be delayed by a payment review, a network problem or a provider outage.

The download page uses a short-lived access cookie and is intended to be opened in the same browser used for payment. Save the files to your device once you download them. Files you have downloaded are yours to keep under this licence. We make reasonable efforts to keep the download page available, but we do not guarantee that it will remain online indefinitely. If you lose access, email us with your payment ID and we will help.

You need a device that can open PDF, MP3 and MP4 files and enough storage for the packs. The download page lists the approximate pack sizes.

6. Your licence

When you pay, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to download and use the kit for your own interview preparation. You may keep the files and use them on your own devices.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, lend or give away the files or access links;
• share the files publicly, upload them to a file-sharing site, or include them in a paid or free product;
• copy, republish or distribute substantial parts of the PDFs, audio or videos;
• remove copyright, trademark or attribution notices;
• use the kit to train, fine-tune or build a competing product; or
• use the kit for any unlawful, deceptive or harmful purpose.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe the licence is being abused. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund where the files were already delivered and the abuse is established.

7. Intellectual property

The kit, the Sayline name and mark, the scripts, lesson structure, page design, audio recordings, videos, illustrations and website content are owned by us or licensed to us. They are protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Refunds

Because the kit is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are limited to non-delivery, corrupt or inaccessible files, and duplicate or unauthorised charges. Change of mind is not covered. The full rules and the request process are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it at scale, bypass the payment step, share access tokens, probe the download API, or interfere with other users. Do not use the kit to impersonate another person in an interview or to present the scripts as someone else's work where honesty is required. We may investigate and block abusive activity.

10. No employment guarantee

We do not promise that you will pass an interview, receive an offer, keep a job or earn a particular salary. Outcomes depend on your practice, your experience, the role, the interviewer and factors outside our control. The kit gives you a system; it does not guarantee a result.

11. Third-party services

Checkout, payment processing, hosting and file storage rely on third parties including Razorpay Software Private Limited, Supabase and Cloudflare. Their terms and policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by a third party, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore access.

12. Disclaimers

The kit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the files will be error-free, that every device will play every format, or that the content will match every interview or employer. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the kit or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the kit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost opportunities, lost income, lost data or reputational harm. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the kit, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms, including by redistributing the files or abusing the download service. On termination you must stop using the files and delete copies you are not legally entitled to keep. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, the competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting formal proceedings, please email us and give us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you buy is the version that applies to that purchase. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version.

18. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between us about the kit. You may not assign your rights without our written consent; we may assign ours as part of a sale or reorganisation.
